To help reach you, we do have those standard sales programs, but we also employ:
1) Support in the repair of your ultrasound equipment
- Medic-Ally Cooperative Program – we will help you repair your system regardless of whether or not it was purchased from us. Call us for more details.
- Transducer Repair – Typically for full rebuild on volume probes, lens repair on standard 2D probes, or other (strain, discoloration, etc.), we have the ability to receive your transducer and repair it.
- Parts sales – just send us the part number and the corresponding system information and we will check if it is available in our inventory.
General Sales
- Transducers sales – there is a wide range of transducers available, mainly from GE and Philips but encompassing other brands as well.
